Coach Derrik officially joined the Titans organization in 2022 and has quickly become a key piece of our coaching staff, serving in both head and assistant coaching roles. Known for his knowledge of the game, attention to detail, and ability to connect with players, Derrik brings a high-level perspective and competitive edge to everything he does on the field.

Before stepping into coaching, Derrik built an extensive baseball résumé as a dominant relief pitcher at Southwestern Illinois College and Murray State University. His success at the collegiate level earned him the opportunity to play professionally after being selected by the Colorado Rockies in the 2017 MLB Draft. Having competed at the highest levels of the game, Derrik now brings that experience back to our players—helping them develop the right habits, mindset, and confidence to reach their full potential.
